Now that the ice has had it's way with us, we're into the sewer back up time ! Lots of polices affer this as a separate item so make sure it's added if you want to be covered.

Had a call about earthquake coverage recently, I get one about every six months or so, people are usually suprised to learn that earhtqukes are NOT covered under regular polices ( at least the ones I've seen anyway). What's odd I find is the premium for this cover is kind of expensive when you think about the area we are in, I always thought that an earthquake was a remote possibility only, but judging by the premiuim........ maybe not, maybe they know soemthing I don't. Anyway, all for now....
