What a great city Toronto is, we are doing a lot of marketing to the T.O area, and people are really nice, we really are lucky to live and work in such a great place.
Further to my last draft, Furs are limited too by the way, max amount of 2000 for theft under most policies. Speaking to someone the other day about a laptop that got stolen from their work. Personal use laptop is okay, if it's a laptop used exclusively for work.... 500 off premises limit applies. Remember to always check your policy.

Just a couple of thoughts that have recently occured to me while reviewing some house insurance policies. I find people are quite confused about how water damage is covered by insurance. Generally, and mean generally, water damage needs to be sudden as in a burst pipe ect. Maintenance type stuff, or leaks are not covered. The other thing is, that the special limits part of policies should be reviewed by everyone, especially the limits for theft of jewelry.
